Facilities and Capacity

Throughout Macdonald Frimley Hall Hotel & Spa, you will find charming exteriors such as an ornate oak staircase and a fireplace. Intimate ceremonies can take place in the White Room. Complete with an original fireplace and views of the landscaped gardens from the bay windows, this quaint space can host up to 22 people. Here, you can exchange vows in complete privacy with just a few close friends and family in attendance. Drinks reception can then follow on the patio overlooking the hotel's gardens. Here, you can take cherished photos while sipping on a plethora of your favourite beverages. Receptions that run long into the night can be hosted in the Frimley Suite. This large space can be split into three separate rooms or used in its entirety for gatherings of up to 210 people. The suite can be configured in many ways and has ample space for seated guests, a dance floor, and live entertainment. Additional facilities at this hotel include a leisure club and a spa offering a plethora of relaxing treatments.

Fantastic Wedding

Karla and I have just got back from our honeymoon and wanted to send you a note to say that we had a fantastic wedding and we're really grateful to all of the staff at Frimley Hall for making it what it was. The Most Amazing Wedding Day!

Just wanted to say thank you for everything over the weekend! We had the most amazing wedding day and everything went exactly as we wanted it too! All the staff in the hotel were just fab ?? please say thank you to everyone as they all made it a wonderful day! Food was great everyone commented on how lovely it was!

From start to finish was breathtaking!

I really can't put into words of how our wedding day was!
From start to finish was breathtaking! Every single staff member at the hotel were so helpful and the day was perfect!!
Thank you for all your hard work in making the day run smoothly from the meeting the night before really settled both our nerves and we put our trust into you to make our wedding run the way it did, we haven't stopped talking about it and we are so so so happy we chose Frimley hall , food was amazing, service was amazing everything!

Thank you so much we will be back next year to stay for our anniversary!

Everyone commented on how lovely the food was so compliments to the kitchen staff. The table staff were so polite and the table decorations were perfect.

Please Thank Paul and the very sweet and funny man on reception during the weekend and who checked us out Monday, he was so lovely. You Lauren were a superstar and I wouldn't have wanted or have asked for a better more amazing wedding coordinator.

Our wedding at Frimley, was perfect

We had an amazing day thank you, everyone did so well and were so accommodating.

3 best things leading up.
- afternoon tea at Frimley
- how accommodating, polite and supportive everyone was at Frimley, how nothing was too much trouble for, Lauren in particular and how she everything to ease our anxieties.
- the meal the evening before as this meant we could have everyone together and relax (ish) the night before.

3 best things about the day (other than the obvious - getting married)
- how well we were treated by the hotel staff, nothing was a bother, we felt like we were really important and everything was taken care of for us.
- how amazing everything looked and how it all went to plan
- the canapés!!! They were amazing!!! we were so pleased with our decision to have our wedding at Frimley, it was perfect and everything we (mainly I) dreamt of. We would love to come and share the photos with you and talk about the day.

Hope you have a great Christmas and New Year and once again thanks for everything.

We cannot thank you enough...

Well, what can we say? Firstly, we honestly can't thank you enough for all your help and support in organising a wedding that was better than we could have ever imagined. You made us feel completely at ease in the run up to the wedding and on the day, itself. The day itself went amazingly. Every single one of our guests has commented that, 'it was the best wedding they had every been too!' They have also all commented on how beautiful the venue is and how helpful the staff are. The dedication to making sure clients are completely satisfied is so overwhelming. You guys really all go that extra mile to make sure everybody is satisfied. The feedback from our menu tasting was read and listened to. Then action was taken to make us completely eat our words. The food was fantastic! We honestly cannot fault Macdonald Frimley Hall or its staff in any way, shape or form. We truly are forever grateful to you all for delivering such a special day to such a high standard. Well what can I say...

Well what can I say... we got married yesterday (23/02/2018) & it was the best day of our lives, not only because we got married but because we got married at the Macdonald Frimley Hall Hotel. The staff here were amazing, Evee went above & beyond & is a real credit to the hotel, she made everything so much easier for me & reassured me every step of the way.

This place is truly magical, everything about it was beautiful, everyone commented on how beautiful this place is, its perfect for your wedding.

The food was out of this world & again everyone commented on how lovely the food was.

We cannot thank you enough for your hospitality & the events team you really did us proud...especially Evee, Jorge & Dragos who even danced with us in the evening.

Thank you so so much & we'll be back again.

Excellent Job

Paul and Jorge did an excellent job of looking after us all and ensuring we had everything we needed. We had really positive feedback from everyone there and a great day was had by all. The food was delicious and plentiful, and went down a treat! It all ran smoothly and we only have you and the team to thank for that. Thank you as well for the photo frame, fizz and chocolates that were in our suite that night. The room looked beautiful and we could not have had a better day.

Thanks again to you and the team for everything you did for us, not only on the day, but in the lead up to make our day as enjoyable as it was

You Were Excellent

We just wanted to drop an email to say a massive THANK YOU for everything you have all done that did leading up to the day, you were excellent throughout and a massive help in easing our minds throughout the build up and pointing us in the right direction when needed.

Thank you also to Paul and all the team on the day, the day ran smoothly from our end and we both had an amazing time.....just a shame it went so quickly.
We were so lucky with the weather on the day considering what it was the night before and day after and getting out into the gardens was a massive bonus.

We had a fantastic day! Everything went really well – although it all seems a bit of a blur for us now! Even the weather was great!

Frimley is an Amazing Venue

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Eveefor the lead up to the wedding over the last year or so and to Paul and the team for the last couple of days. Our wedding was exactly what we wanted and it couldn't have gone any better!

Paul was fantastic and Adrian. They did a fantastic job with his team to make our day so special. I had very set ideas of what I wanted things to look like and Adrian made sure that this happened. He was charming and went above and beyond on numerous occasions.
Frimley is an amazing venue and it did not disappoint. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding and we can't wait to return.
