Somedays I feel defeated and I didn’t even get out of bed yet! I know there are people out there that have had a day like this. I wish I could go back to these days and tell my old self to knock it off. I believe our biggest problem as humans is that we over react. Why was I so upset over things that will fix themselves in due time. I stressed for nothing, I wasted my energy on nonsense. I’ve had many challenges in my life and they always seemed to work out. This is what stops us from manifesting happiness into our lives. We need to clear our minds of the clutter and negative talk. Let it go so you can get back into the flow of life. Think of a time in the past that you thought to yourself this is the worst day ever and I can't believe this is happening to me. You got yourself extremely sick and worried for days and guess what, it all worked out! The next time you wake up feeling this way, stop it from going any further, you don't have to pretend your super happy but at least let it go and stay present and in the moment. Just keep telling yourself, it always gets better!
We need to learn to stop holding onto things. We need to let go of those things that don’t serve us. If your feeling bad about something then stop and say to yourself, I will not allow myself to feel this way. We get upset with ourselves for things that happened yesterday or last week. I should've made that doctor appointment for myself or I should clean the shed. Let these things go, you CANNOT change what you didn’t do or did in the past, so why dwell on it. I promise you if you learn to start going with the flow things will all work out. This is a very hard concept for people to understand but its so true! I used to think that if I don’t worry about it, it won’t get done, this is what keeps me from not forgetting, but this is so far from the truth. Worrying just brings anxiety and stress which leads to headaches and stomach aches. Just keep reminding yourself, it will all work out and get right back into the present!!
