We don't realize how much thinking we do. When you stop and really "think" about it, your thoughts are from the outside. They are coming from what you did in the past or what's coming up in the future. Which means in reality, it doesn't exsist! All that exists is the present moment. If we practiced staying present more often we would eliminate all that worry that comes with our thoughts. Always remember you are separate from your thoughts! Your thoughts are not who you really are! It is the egos way of trying to take over. Eliminate the ego and what's left? Just you, and your so much more then you can imagine! Once you get to that point you will be free!
